Christian Hood a1d7f55772 Add metrics instrumentation coverage analyzer script ...

Scans server/src/routes/*.js with Node.js built-ins to count route
handlers and measure console.* logging coverage per file and in aggregate.
Supports JSON (default) and --format=text table output.
